Asia-Van in Ulm

Asia Van is known for its fresh, flavorful and healthy Southeast Asian cuisine. We only use fresh vegetables which we stir-fry in a wok to intensify the flavor while preserving vitamins. In our kitchen we do not use cream, butter and other animal fats and completely avoid food colorings. Our meals are usually non-spicy or moderately spicy – upon request however also available in original Asian style (hot/spicy). We offer seasonal specialties from a wide range of Asian culinary delights. Asia Van stands for variety and innovation. Therefore, we meet the increasing demand for healthy and light dishes. Moreover, we recently have extended our menu by several vegan dishes. Just try these alternatives without animal - derived ingredients. We do not use flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate)!!!
